Solutions

Since 1982 Export Incentives Pty Ltd have specialised in lodging export grant applications, for exporters of intellectual property, services and know-how.

In that time we have acted in successful export grant applications by our clients with cash rebates exceeding $100 million.

Unlike the export of goods, the export of intellectual property, services and know-how has particular complexities accessing a grant scheme originally designed for the export of goods.

Services

Our services include initial advice in analysing your company's eligibility for the export grant scheme, advice as to any difficulties that your current structures may present to maximise your export grant rebate and advice on your local and international agreements to ensure that they comply with the legislation.

As an Austrade approved EMDG consultant we then prepare, lodge and process through Austrade your export grant application, when a grant from Austrade of up to $36,600 may be received. Our services are offered on a no result, no charge basis.

in the press

The Sydney Morning Herald

"Sydney Dance Company was the first to apply under the new criteria. With much patience and guidance from export consultant and lawyer Warren Cross, the Sydney Dance Company won a $60,000+ export grant rebate from Austrade to fund its current European Tour."

The Melbourne Age

"Mr Chris Gilbey AO, of entertainment company Australian Record Equities says experts should be appointed to handle export grant applications. Australian Record Equities, received approximately $85,000 in grants under the Export Grants Scheme after appointing Export Incentives to handle its applications. A company Mr Gilbey formerly worked for, had limited success in applying for grants because the application was left in the hands of an in-house accountant."

The Australian

"Many software developers were missing out on export grants. The managing director of Export Incentives Pty Ltd, Mr Warren Cross, said some companies were disqualifying themselves through their licensing agreement structures."
