Malcolm Turnbull With Warren Cross

Warren Cross discussing SME internationalisation with Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull during Indonesia-Australia Business Week in Jakarta. Warren attended as a Board Member for the Australian Services Roundtable.

Since 1982 Export Incentives Pty Ltd have specialised in lodging export grant (EMDG) applications,

for exporters of intellectual property, services and know-how. In that time we have acted in successful export grant (EMDG) applications by our clients with cash rebates exceeding $100 million. Unlike the export of goods, the export of intellectual property, services and know-how has particular complexities accessing a grant scheme originally designed for the export of goods.

As an Austrade approved EMDG Consultant our services include initial advice in analysing your company's eligibility for the Export Grant (EMDG) scheme, advice as to any difficulties that your current structures may present to maximise your export grant rebate and advice on your local and international agreements to ensure that they comply with the legislation. We then prepare, lodge and process through Austrade your export grant application, when a grant from Austrade of up to $36,600 may be received. Our services are offered on a no result, no charge basis.

We act for some of Australia's leading intellectual property services and know how exporters. By utilising the services and knowledge of our CEO, Warren Cross L.L.B., an Intellectual Property and International Trade Lawyer, we can offer an unrivalled service in ensuring your company's legal structures maximise your potential export grant (EMDG) rebates and ensuring that all necessary parts of the legislation are complied with. This is an essential part of a successful export grant application. We also offer one of the highest levels of technology available in this area, to ensure that the paperwork necessary to satisfy Austrade's requirements, is minimised and streamlined.

Please contact Warren Cross, our CEO and Legal Counsel to talk about your company’s potential export grant (EMDG) entitlement on a no obligation, no cost basis. There is no charge for our advice in this area, prior to our company services being retained for the processing and lodgement of your export grant (EMDG) application. Client referee endorsements are available upon request.
